How it works1. Register on the website as an individual or as a team.
All throughout the month of April 2021 we encourage you to walk, run, bike, roller blade, or participate in any movement that you enjoy! If you are on a team, please be safe and abide by the social distancing restrictions in place in your area.
2. Set a goal for how much you plan to raise and how many kilometers you hope to achieve in your athletic event.
3. Take a photo or video of you (or your team) out on the move.
Post it to social media, tagging @moveinsolodarity on Instagram or @mentalhealthwalk on Facebook or @pcsmsolodarity on Twitter. Include a message of hope.
4. If you are comfortable, share why you are participating! Is it for your mental health, or someone you know and love?
